This hotel is super clean and very nice! We loved our room as it was large and very comfortable. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk while checking in and checking out were super rude. Both women upon check in and checking out were so cold and incredibly short. I had to ask about parking and the one that checked us in gave us the weekend times for breakfast when we were there on a weekday so we missed it. Then the woman at check out gave me some long speech about how they don’t have FREE coffee after 9am and now I had to pay for it. When all I asked was coffee over along with breakfast. I would have loved the stay at this hotel but the staff was so rude I’m not sure I would go back. Really unfortunate cause our favorite restaurant is right across the street!

Loved the lights that lit the ramp up next to the property. Loved the salt water pool. The breakfast was fantastic and had gluten free options for myself and my wife. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. Very pleased with the location-next to great restaurants and shopping-within walking distance. Parking structure attached for secure parking. It was great.

I read a bad review and almost didn't book here. I'm so glad I took the chance. Sure, there are expensive waters in your room, but there is water offered at breakfast as well as drinking fountains. Speaking of, the breakfast was satisfactory for the style, higher quality than other hotels "free" breakfasts. While sad there was no hot tub, the saltwater pool was quite nice and the gym looked quality.

Great location! Close to restaurants, Walmart, the mall. All walking distance or a short 1 min car ride. Very convenient with kids. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious!

The property was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The staff was always kind, friendly and eager to help. The parking garage was very convenient and it was great that breakfast was included.

The location was easy to get to and had tons of free parking available just across the street. Definitely easy on and off for the highway. The staff was amazing! They were super helpful and friendly. The room and hotel as a whole was one of the cleanest I've ever gotten. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt, but it won't be the last!

The facility has ample parking. It also provided complimentary breakfast. We also like to option to not needing housekeeping service which reduces cost and water usage.
