Loved the lights that lit the ramp up next to the property. Loved the salt water pool. The breakfast was fantastic and had gluten free options for myself and my wife. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean. Very pleased with the location-next to great restaurants and shopping-within walking distance. Parking structure attached for secure parking. It was great.

Great location! Close to restaurants, Walmart, the mall. All walking distance or a short 1 min car ride. Very convenient with kids. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious!

The property was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The staff was always kind, friendly and eager to help. The parking garage was very convenient and it was great that breakfast was included.

The location was easy to get to and had tons of free parking available just across the street. Definitely easy on and off for the highway. The staff was amazing! They were super helpful and friendly. The room and hotel as a whole was one of the cleanest I've ever gotten. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt, but it won't be the last!

The facility has ample parking. It also provided complimentary breakfast. We also like to option to not needing housekeeping service which reduces cost and water usage.

We Loved The Room And The View Of Part Of The City,Shopping And Restaurants Was Close By,Location Was Great Movie Theater,Staff Housekeeping And Breakfast Was Great,Can't Complaint, We Were There For Our Granddaughter Meet At Michigan state university, She's A GymnasticSpartan! Exceptionally clean and located within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shopping. There is also a secure parking garage attached to the property with an elevator that leads directly to the hotel. If you have a wife or girlfriend in need of a salon? Your in luck because it is right next door.

My teenage kids were very pleased with breakfast. The to-go containers were great since one morning we had to leave soon after breakfast started. The breakfast service had everything they needed! Guests drank large amounts of coffee and often several coffee pots were empty but staff quickly refilled them. I appreciated the coffee maker & refrigerator in the room. Housekeeping took care of our specific needs as we requested (vacuum and replace towels that we left on the floor). We did not need services beyond that. Although there was not a microwave in the room, there was a microwave at the front desk area for guests to use. Teenager report: pool was small but nice, met their needs. Easy access to hotel. Quick drive from several areas in Lansing, including MSU. Several sit-down restaurants within sight of hotel which we used both nights.
