This hotel is super clean and very nice! We loved our room as it was large and very comfortable. Unfortunately the staff at the front desk while checking in and checking out were super rude. Both women upon check in and checking out were so cold and incredibly short. I had to ask about parking and the one that checked us in gave us the weekend times for breakfast when we were there on a weekday so we missed it. Then the woman at check out gave me some long speech about how they don’t have FREE coffee after 9am and now I had to pay for it. When all I asked was coffee over along with breakfast. I would have loved the stay at this hotel but the staff was so rude I’m not sure I would go back. Really unfortunate cause our favorite restaurant is right across the street!

I read a bad review and almost didn't book here. I'm so glad I took the chance. Sure, there are expensive waters in your room, but there is water offered at breakfast as well as drinking fountains. Speaking of, the breakfast was satisfactory for the style, higher quality than other hotels "free" breakfasts. While sad there was no hot tub, the saltwater pool was quite nice and the gym looked quality.

The rooms were clean. Very pleased with the location-next to great restaurants and shopping-within walking distance. Parking structure attached for secure parking. It was great.

The room and hotel as a whole was one of the cleanest I've ever gotten. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt, but it won't be the last!
